Shark

Sometime last month sketch_dailies suggested Jaws and I've been wanting to do that one, I just haven't actually gotten around to it.  This was sort of a concept test as I've never tried to tackle water before.  I wanted to see how I might handle light beams coming down and the water getting gradually darker, and what I discovered is that I am awful at blending color with markers.

I think it would help if I had shades of blue that were more similar hues and values.  It might also help to use more feathered lines along the transitions.  Certainly something I'll need to experiment with more.

I tried it, it pretty much utterly failed; but I did learn something and that's what counts.
