I had never drawn Spider-Man digitally before, this seemed a silly oversight so I thought I'd fix that.
I tried some thing different with the shadows in this. In addition to making them deeper, I used several layers of a softer brush. I think the effect is pretty nice, I don't quite have it consistent yet but I think it's something I can build on.

This looks terrific! Anatomy, pose, colouring all look massively improved compared to your previous works--do you feel like you took a leap forward? I do! 
Two points: the line of his pectoral should extend toward the armpit, and I feel like his right shoulder would have to dip lower in order to accommodate this pose. All in all though, really, really good job.
